RitzView is the camera service that runs across the whole resort. It comes in three channels you can watch individually — SuiteView looks into your dog's own room, PoolView covers the pool deck, and PlayView covers the indoor hall and the outdoor lawns. Stills refresh roughly every thirty seconds while the page is open, and pause when it isn't.
Every channel uses the same cameras and the same thirty-second refresh. What separates them is what they point at and who is allowed to see it — your suite is private to your reservation, the pool and the play spaces are shared by everyone with a dog in the building.
A camera fixed in your dog's own suite, aimed at the bed and the water bowl. It is tied to your reservation and nobody else's — no other guest, and no visitor to this page, can open your dog's room. Runs around the clock, including through the night on infrared.

Four cameras on the play spaces — the climate-controlled indoor hall, plus the north lawn for the big dogs, the south yard for the small and senior ones, and the agility lawn. This is where you catch them running outside rather than lying down.
Filter to a single channel, or leave it on All and watch the resort at once. SuiteView rooms shown here are the demonstration suites — signing in against your reservation swaps them for your own dog's room.
The distinction that matters: shared spaces are shared, and your dog's room is not. PoolView and PlayView point at places where every dog in the building is together anyway. SuiteView points at one room, and only one household can open it.
Your suite link is generated at check-in and dies at checkout. It isn't listed anywhere, isn't shared with other guests, and staff can't hand it out over the phone without confirming who you are.
RitzView serves the current frame, not a recording. Safety footage is kept internally on a 14-day rolling loop for incident review only, and is never published to a guest channel.
SuiteView comes with the Presidential Suite, the Penthouse and the Quiet Wing at no charge. On the Terrace Suite it's $14 a night, and you can add it mid-stay. PoolView and PlayView are free on every stay.
