Private Suite Boarding

Five rooms. One standard of care.

Every dog at Ritz Barkelton gets the same staff-to-dog ratio, the same overnight attendant and the same nightly photo. What changes between suites is how much room your dog has, how much of the day is programmed, and whether you can watch it happen. Here is each room, side by side.

The Terrace Suite

$79/ night

The room most dogs stay in, and the one we build everything else on top of. A glass-front suite on the main corridor, so your dog can watch the floor and the staff can see in at a glance — good for dogs who settle better with company nearby than behind a closed door.

The Presidential Suite

$128/ night

A corner room with a couch, a television and a real window. The extra fifty dollars mostly buys two things: a much busier day — three play blocks and a pool session instead of one — and a camera you can open from your phone at two in the morning without asking anyone.

The Barkelton Penthouse

$196/ night

Two corner rooms on the top floor, each with a skylight and a gated patio of its own. Worth it for two kinds of guest: dogs who want their own yard without sharing it, and dogs staying long enough that a bath before pickup and dining included start to close most of the gap in price.

Side by side

What actually differs.

The care is identical across all three rooms. This table covers only the things that change, so you can see exactly what the extra nightly rate is buying.

Where the room sits

Two placements, at no extra cost.

Both of these are locations rather than tiers — ask for either one with a Terrace or Presidential Suite and there is no change to the rate. They exist for dogs whose comfort depends more on where a room is than on how big it is.

A dog asleep in the sound-dampened Quiet Wing

The Quiet Wing

Four suites at the end of a sound-dampened corridor, single occupancy only, away from the play halls and the front desk. The right call for older dogs, dogs recovering from surgery, and dogs who find a busy floor more tiring than restful.

Single occupancy · no rate change

Garden-Level Suites

Ground-floor rooms opening straight onto the lawn with no stairs anywhere between the suite and the grass. Worth requesting for dogs with hip or mobility trouble, and for anyone who needs a short walk to a yard break in the middle of the night.
